    David England: Safest no, long term for many years and decades they said real estate was the best investment and for many years that was true.

    David England: Well that’s the number that is put out by the Department of Labor and that will tell us what our true unemployment rate is for the previous month. Now one of the things we need to take a look at is can we get it underneath 9.1 but the actual unemployment rate when we look at the people that are underemployed and can’t be employed and won’t be employed is really over 16%. You know one of the things I learned when I was in college, and it was kind of frightening to me, was the aspect that even when we have full employment, we have 4% Carly that won’t even work. So anything over 4% is what we need to start adding.
